We are a group of researchers at Harvard, MIT, and the Broad Institute, three interconnected research institutions in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We study algebraic and geometric structures arising in statistics and data analysis, including graphical models, neural networks, and tensor decompositions. We leverage the theoretical and computational developments in these areas to derive biological insights from imaging data and multi-omics data.
